The expert chef Marco Cammarata - Priew Magazine

Marco Cammarata, who is the expert chef of Bel Guardo, is genuinely experienced in Italian cuisines. He graduated from Formont Centro di Formazione Professional in Italy and by then paved his way to Asia starting his career for Shangri-La Hotel’s Angellini Restaurant. Chef Marco once used to work in China and Turkey before deciding to come back to Thailand for Sheraton Grand’s Rossini Restaurant. Judging from his passionate cooking style, one of his favorite munus known as Risotto is ranked in the world’s 100 best Risotto.
