Delectable Italian cuisine - Sawasdee Krungthep
Bel Guardo italian restaurant and wine lounge is located on the G floor at Siam Paragon. There are three dining spaces: the exterior Caffe, and the interior upper and lower zones, capable to facilitate more than a hundred customers in total. Marco Cammarata is in charge of all authentic cuisine preparation. The article recommends the health-promoting Spring Vegetable and Goat Cheese Terrine with Green Apple Reduction, Tortelli of Yellowtail with Marjoram Butter and Olive Emulsion, and Hot Choco-tortino with Orange-olive Oil Sherbet and White Chocolate Creme Anglaise.
